A brand that wants a Matter product usually has to assemble three separate suppliers — a design house, a certification consultant and a contract factory — and then referee between them when a deadline slips or a test fails. The failures cluster exactly at the seams.
We put the three functions in one building and under one contract. The engineer who maps your Matter clusters sits in the same room as the engineer who will run the line, and the person who files the certification paperwork has already made the mistakes that cause re-testing. That is the whole proposition, and it is why the interesting content on this site is about failure modes rather than adjectives.
