When you submit the inquiry form on the contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, inquiry type, target market, and the message you write. We also record the time of submission and a coarse indication of the network the request came from, which we use only to filter automated spam. We do not collect payment data or special-category personal data through this site.
We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and discuss OEM/ODM, development or certification cooperation. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list. Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on Cloudflare's edge network and are accessible only to authorised staff of Shenzhen Shenan Yangguang Electronics Co., Ltd.
For visitors in the EU and UK we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (f)). For California residents, this notice satisfies CCPA/CPRA transparency requirements. We retain inquiry records for 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted unless an active project requires longer retention. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party behavioural tracking. If aggregate traffic measurement is enabled, it is configured to be cookieless and to record page views only — never the contents of a form submission.
