Every stage has a defined output and a defined gate. Nothing moves forward on a verbal approval.
Mould design and manufacture, jig and test-fixture fabrication. First-article inspection signs off the tooling before any volume is run — this is where a dimensional problem is cheap to fix.
In-house surface-mount lines with automated optical inspection, plus RF and functional test at board level before the unit is closed.
Enclosure assembly, sensor calibration where applicable, cosmetic inspection, and your branded labelling and packaging.
Every unit runs a functional test, including a commissioning check where the product supports it. Final QC follows a per-order checklist that you sign off before shipment.
"100% inspection" means nothing without knowing what is inspected. These are the gates we actually run and the record each one produces.
| Gate | What is checked | Record produced |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming quality control | Components and PCBs against spec on receipt | IQC log per lot |
| First-article inspection | First production unit against drawings and tolerances | Signed FAI report |
| In-line AOI & board test | Solder joints, placement, board-level function and RF | AOI and test pass/fail data |
| Unit functional test | Power-up, sensor behaviour, radio pairing, commissioning where supported | Per-unit test ID |
| Final QC & packing | Cosmetics, accessories, labelling, packaging, carton count | Final QC checklist signed per order |
Design, tooling, SMT, assembly and testing all run on site. Nothing in this list is subcontracted without telling you.

Certifications held for the facility and the products we ship. Certificates are provided per shipment.
We own it. Industrial design, electronics, firmware, tooling, SMT, assembly and functional test are in-house in our 10,000 m² Shenzhen facility with over 500 staff. Where anything is sourced — chipsets, the app layer, transport certification — we say so explicitly, as on our scope table.
The facility supports approximately 100,000 units per month. Capacity is allocated per project and confirmed against your forecast at the point of order, so the number you are quoted is the number reserved for you.
With gates rather than promises: incoming component inspection, first-article inspection after tooling, in-line functional test on every unit, and a documented final QC checklist signed off per order. Where the product supports it, we run a commissioning check as part of functional test.
Yes. Buyers and their third-party inspectors are welcome on site by arrangement, and we support standard social and quality audits.
Tooling ownership and amortisation are agreed per project and written into the quotation — either amortised across units or paid as a one-off NRE. We do not leave it ambiguous.
Send the product, the annual volume and the destination markets. You get an indicative unit price band, a tooling position and a production slot view.
